William R. Boggs reminiscences, 1891.

Typescript [photocopy] of Gen. Boggs' Civil War reminiscences written in 1891 at the age of 62, and published by the Trinity College Historical Society of West Durham, N.C. Reminiscences cover the period from the presidential election of 1860 and continue until Boggs' surrender in June of 1865. Also included are two photocopies of Boggs' obituary notices from New Orleans and Boston newspapers.
